Banquet will be held at the Balcares Hall on Saturday, doors open at 6:00 supper is at 7:00.  Cash bar, ATM down the street.

QVSC is trying to find interest for a bus to bring people from Regina to Balcarres for the Banquet. The idea is to have the bus start pickups at the Atlas hotel in south Regina at 4:30pm, then east Regina somewhere, then White City hotels, before travelling to the Banquet in Balcarres. These pickup locations are up for conversation depending on who is riding and where they will meet the bus. Arrival in Balcarres approximately 6:30pm. Departure from the Banquet has not been finalized but is expected to be 10pm or later. Cost would be in the $20-$25 per person range.   Transfers to tablemountainskiclub@gmail.com can be make when the final numbers are communicated from QVSC.
